JB progressed from operational and stores roles through plant operation, process control, production supervision, shift and production management, product-change leadership and broader operational and general-management responsibility.
His focus includes turning around underperforming operations, solving difficult recurring issues, stabilising performance and aligning people, processes, technology and investment with company strategy and growth.
Nicole brings practical quality assurance, manufacturing and operational leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, dairy, cheese manufacture, infant formula hygiene, meat processing and consumer packing.
She has led improvements in throughput, reliability, product losses, quality systems, workforce structure and operating capability using GMP discipline, Lean Six Sigma, root-cause analysis and strong daily management routines.
